Definitely skip leg is my suggestion. Stretching could help, quad and hip flexibility, with tracking issues. When you feel you can do legs again, don't push through knee pain though.
An MMA fighter on everything wouldn't beat a chimp much less have a prayer with a gorilla. Is this what people think steroids do? Give superhuman strength.
