No change. Go back to whatever you were doing and get on with life. I had a lapse of 8 or more months from when I started testosterone to when I added HCG. Balls pepped up almost instantly. 3 weeks is nothing. Some guys go years before they add HCG, if ever. -Jim

SERM therapy shot my SHBG up to 55-60. That 800-900 TT I had was still yielding low free T. I think its pretty common for that to happen, and it kind of negates the positives.

I'm not sure I ever stopped crying while on Clomid. I had much better results on Nolvadex/Tamoxifen. But in the long term, just never felt great. Long term as in I was on Tamoxifen for years. Those two are good for restarts, but I rarely see anyone who has been on them a while and loving life.

I had full fertility pre-TRT, started TRT and lost all fertility after about 4-6 months. Started HCG at 100iu daily, regained full testicle size and fertility again after a few months. Been about a year since then and my wife is 4 months pregnant :)

Yep. 3 months downstream for sure. I was showing as 0 fertility on tests. Started low dose daily HCG. Tested sperm monthly post starting HCG and after 3 months its almost instantly sky rocketed.
