Var Question 1st week 25 mg 2nd week 50mg a day. After second week very cold at night, felt like elevated heart rate. This was 10 hours after ingestion. Stopped for a few days and went to 25 mg. Similar side effects but much mild. Read that I may need All adrenal to counter these effects...
