If 35mg are in one ml, just divide how much you want (ie 25mg) by 35mg and that will give you what u want in ml's...so 25mg / 35mg/ml = 0.71ml. In the syringe just pull up to the 0.7 line or just above it. Hope that helped

Dont do letro unless you like going to the gym feeling like a horses ass, im only talking from experience, its really harsh as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), unless you are trying to reverse gyno, which i wasnt. Get aromasin or arimidex instead.
