no havent had an ekg. my avg. resting heart rate is 80-90. so i have a naturally high hr. it should drop quicker but .........thats not dangerous in itself right?
just got back from a six mile run awhile ago. twenty min after run my bp was 103/70-hr130, 45min after run bp 102/73-hr122. the run was out doors in nevada so the air was not real hot but it was lacking moisture...
