Hello to whoever is kind enough to read about me.

I have been into bodybuilding since 2003. I was much thinner back then. I weighed in at a shocking 58 kgs in basic training. Yes, I was very skinny, but I was also young and didn’t know much about macros back then. I did a lot of cardio preparing for basic and didn’t lift at all, just calisthenics. I didn’t learn much about nutrition until I met my first lifting partner who taught me about proper macros, and that “muscle isn’t built in the gym, they’re built in the kitchen”.

I did gain a lot of weight the first few years eating and training properly; around 11 kgs. I did try and up my protein and overall calories, but I wound up just getting fat over the years without much solid muscle gain. I know better now and I have started counting my calories in/out.

In the beginning of 2013 I weighed in at 90kg and sat at about 25% bf. I didn’t like it so I hammered up my cardio and got back down to 70kg at around 12-15% bf. I like my body frame and do enjoy the level of definition I have returned to, but I want to put on about 10-15 kgs of muscle to my frame. I’m not too self conscious, and I don’t compare myself to others, I just want to be a bigger me, and that’s it. I just love lifting but it’s been getting me down lately because I thought after years of “bulking” I would have had more meat on my bones after a proper cutting phase. Nope…

I am now 30, test levels supposedly are dropping off in my age group and I don’t think I have it in me to keep bodybuilding if I can’t get my body to build, so to speak. In comes the roids. I’ve been researching the best I can since the beginning of 2013, and I think I have a cycle and pct plan that will work for my first cycle and I’m just here to get opinions. If you want to hate on me for being so skinny, that’s cool. I don’t give a shit what you think because I know I have tried everything I can to put on muscle and juice is my last resort to get the body I want before I turn 40, 50, 60. This is truly a case of the yolo syndrome. Fuck it, I just want to get bigger while I’m still alive.

I don’t care about the health risks. That’s not to say I won’t do everything in my power to do a cycle as safely as possible, it’s just we are all going to die someday, and at least if the juice kills me, I’ll look damn good in my death bed.

I’m trying to bulk again and get into a good routine before I start jabbing in January 2014, so here is my current plan.

PreWO - Creatine Monohydrate, 5g with OJ
PostWO - Piena Speks (Latvian "Muscle Milk")
1 liter of water during WO
