I'm running test prop and var at the minute with a clean diet keeping carbs low and my carbs are only coming from sweet potato because I feel that it makes me leaner than getting my carbs from oats which IMO puts a layer on my stomach..personal...
Been told I will start to get abit of cramp from var which is expected.. Been told taurine before a workout helps and also two bananas a day will help...strange iknow but it's just what I've heard haha
