If you want to produces in batches of 5 or more liters the multi-funnel are a lousy choice. I would go to a pressure or vacuum system with a big membrane diameter. For big quantities you MUST prefilter the solution before the typical 0.45 0.22 otherwise the filters will become useless in no time.
