being honest you needed at least i mean really 6 juice isnt for starting you workouts but rather to get you passed you stuck points.
ive been working out off and on but 3 months back on and ive been on juice a few times.. this pic you showed me only shows you need 6 months at least in the gym...
everyone think you have to know it all just too make a dam post.. i workout almost everyday if i feel like take rest days.
i am getting my 300 pound bench back at only 168 bet you couldnt say that
really i will eat and drink shakes but i dont eat perfect diet.. im using gear i ate the same and i gain 20 in one year i went from 155 to one 168 looking good im just wanting at least that 168 back im 162 now. so thAt easy to doo.
well im fixing to start a new job and ill be working out with min weights. i dont have access to much food. serious been low on funds i eat when i eat.. i know its not productive
well im looking too add 10 to 20 pounds to my 162 frame now... im thinking i will go with test e and some test p... anyone have some good sugestions im a hard gainner.. would d bol be a good chioce

that site made getting gear easy. now its been awhile since i used gear but i do have those pic.. maybe ill post them i just forgot out to cut out the face thing.. i never use that...
