    Female here needing to know what to take to lean down and cut up.

    Hate to burst your bubble but women can only put on about 0.5 - 1 lbs of muscle a month without gear. That's with a solid lifting routine and hitting your macros. Your muscle base isn't visible at this stage but I doubt that you have any. It takes takes years to build a proper muscle base...
