Peptide Blend CJC 1295/GHRP-6 Blend

I need help with the dosage for this blend. It is 2 MG of CJC 1295 and 2 MG of GHRP-6 in the same vial for a total blend of 4 MG. I am trying to figure out how many ML of sterile water to use to get the 100 MCG dosages?
