Thanks clsmith700. Appreciate the info. So, let's just say for discussion purposes, I finish eating my dinner betweem 7:00-8:00pm, eat a small amount of fruit around 10-10:30pm, and then do my injection of HGH at 11-11:30pm. I should be OK...correct? No "glucose spike" issues...correct...
