So I had been on cycle with test cyp, 500mg every 4 days. At that point, I was 3.5 weeks in. Cannot find much in the way of typical free test on cycle. Please let me know if this is high, or just meh.

okay, I am doing a cycle for the first time ever. My friend is a retired doc, has worked with body builders big time in the 70s and 80s. This is where I have trust in him. His plan was for me to take 250 test cyp every 4 days. Actually, I wanted every 4 days. I may not know what I'm talking...
