hi just got my rui liquid clen and im so unsure how to dose it correctly, if i want 0.2MCG and its 30ml 200MCG/ML how do i dose that? ummm and do i just take it straight up and drink it? just seem like a really small amount to drink haha. sorry im a newbie chick here and i have no clue. :-[...

YAY so excited today i just got my liquid clen i ordered from rui- im in perth australia and had no problems getting it rhough customs! which is awesome look forward to using it and ill post my progress and stats up later. thought id let you all know! the only down fall was it took AGES to come...
