is 10 days after first sign too late? how long does it take for gyno to form after frst signs? like im outta town not coming back for a week

Is it ok if I don't start till next week or is it an emergency at this point? I'm out of town and I'm not cingular back till next week(still have my sister with me though)

so im in 4th week of sus270 cycle, taking .5 mg every 3 days.. recently i noticed that my nips have been a bit sensitive, basically when i touch them is this a sure sign of gyno? or just the water retention? been up 15lbs (pretty sure 7+ lbs from watergains as i been drinking gallons a day)...
