Hello everyone! Last cycle I did was 1 year ago, and my liver enzymes are still high until today, even higher. ALT(GPT) norm is ~50, mine is 209. I went to doctor and she told me I should stop lifting and stuff.. I can't stop lifting :\ My question is, will UDCA & NAC help me lower my enzymes...

Thanks, btw I can't really find "UDCA" online from trustable source, is that thing called TUDCA?

Yeah I went to liver specialist and she was very concerned about it, she told me to stop lifting and get away from gym (only aerobic) I can't really do that because I prefer anything than being mentally destroyed by leaving bodybuilding. And yeah as I said, I took anabolics and oral anabolics also.

Yeah they did ultra, results are okay. And nah man not taking any meds.. also not drinking I heard about UDCA, any suggestions about that ?
