breakfast, 8 weatbix
morning break meal, tin of salmon- 100g brown rice- half avacado
arvo meal, same but chicken not salmon
dinner, steak and vegies
snacks through out the day, almonds and protein shakes
sorry to jump in on a thread, im running 40mg Anavar (var) ED- 300mp sus E3D, its been 3 wks and im not seeing any size just tone, what could i throw in to give me some solid gains for the last 5 wks??
