Yeah that's me, all of it lol.. The pumps though are crazy in my legs, that's why I thought it might be from the Deca cause that's where I stickbit... I just started getting the pump a few days ago. I was doing sprint intervals and had to stop after a few sets, my legs were going nuts!!!
