started at 11 stone and now around 13.8
its all down to eating correctly.. now matter how much effort you put in the gym if you dont put twice as much out side it .. it wont pay off like you want it to..
write up your diet on here for a typical day but be onsit about it and...
ecke70 is totaly right if yoru not gaining weight your not eating enough... but make sure you eat enough of the right things... making your own weight gainer is deff a good way to help... get some oats or maltodextrin or dextrose from myprotein.com its really well priced and mix it up and get it...

and no my test levels arent high they are actuly bellow average for my age as have been to doctors about it .. its nothink to be worried about just not a lucky one to have real high levels..

yeh i get ya.. yeh the guy is providing novaldex with it dont know the doage per tab ... it was he that recomded the 5 week cycle at 200 of each.. he really knows his stuff an has won is last few comps so i took it his advice was the best.. can you tell me the pro's and con's to the 5 week cycle...
