Just get T3 or EC stack as someone else mentioned.
"fat burners" just wreck your liver, and are not safer. Kind of the same logic of people who are "afraid to inject steroids" yet will take literally any oral steroid thinking it's "healthier".
That doesn't mean that the man who has an E2 level of 130 would not benefit from having it in an optimal range.
This is so true, got to watch what you're saying to some doctors or they will definitely think it's in your head even if it isn't.

How are you feeling? I'd recommend taking a small amount of T3 medicine along with the T4, but that is only if you have symptoms. If you do not have symptoms now, I'm sure you will have them down the road.
Are you taking T4 medication?
If so, you probably are one of those people who cannot convert T4 to T3 as efficiently as most people.
Would also suggest more blood testing.
