pct and during? so i have... arimidex,nolvadex. i take arimidex .25mgs eod? nolvadex is for pct right? and if my nipples start to ich or if im feeling gyno coming i use it right? and on pct how much nolvadex each day do i take?

so is it good though. i think it is because my buddy takes it and he gets huge off of it.
