I always warm up and bike for at least 7 minutes but I'll start doing more. I have been stretching before and after and that seems to be helping too.

Well it's been two weeks and as of last night I have dropped 5 pounds but I think mostly due to stress. It was a bad weekend so due to nerves I think I ate a total of 2-3 meals, I know not good, but we all have those days.
