Bro, not to be funny at all but if you are only looking to tone up a little, and not looking for ripping results why even bother with AAS of any kind? I would personally suggest just trying a tight diet and spending some consistent time in the gym, that should be more than enough to tone up.

The EQ you could take once a week. If you have Tren Enanthate you could also do once a week. Tren acetate has to be EOD bare minimum. Most will opt to do ED. I have had similar results with both EOD and ED.
