Try pinning your lats and pecs, that's four extra sites right there. And I would suggest you pick up some 25g 1 inch tips for delt's, it's much easier to hit the right depth. The 25g 1.5 will work but 7/8 or 1 inch is much better. Don't go shorter than 7/8 inch though.
