everything comes with side effcts, and every body is different, with that said, Adex works great for me during cycle, with nolva/clomid after cycle, i have only run letro wih tren and still then only as needed, listen to your body smetimes the less and the simpler works better,

Not worth the risk for sure, I felt the same way running 600 so went down to 500 and starting taking all kinds of supps for the heart and blood pressure, it helped alot! not saying is your case, perhaps a doc visit to make sure your basics are good
