    Have you seen a doctor about this yet? At 16, you shouldn't be taking any drugs that can influence your hormone levels. The doctor will tell you to wait until after puberty is over to "see if it goes away" or they will refer you to a plastic surgeon. They probably won't prescribe you any drugs...
