I am getting more and more into bb and fitness but am a little intimidated and lost because i do not eat meat.
I want to continue to build muscle, and would prefer to not eat too many protein shakes and eggs! Any suggestions??
I lost a great amount of weight by just being on HGH/about 4 ius/ week and working out doing cardio or weights for about 10-20 minutes a day. I lost about 15lbs in 2 months ---barley trying and not dieting! (infact- i think becuase of the hgh i ate more- just make sure you eat clean food) hey-...
