i know i hve a bit of fat around the lower abs doesn't bother me i know i can shift it in 2 weeks with cardio only interested in getting bigger at the moment.

will get some pics up of me now and me at 119lbs when i started. the reasoning for my low doses is simply because im half the size of the guys i know who are 300ilbs doing twice the amount.
