I have been injecting for several weeks now but I have a question. When I aspirate the syringe is hard to pull back and bubbles start to form in the syringe, it that normal? I assume it means I am in the muscle and not a vein. I am using a 27G 1/2" needle into my quad. Thanks.

I was doing 22G in quads but post injection was very painful. I switched to 27G and much happier. I use the 22G to draw the solution in and then switch needles. I am about go from weekly to sat. 9am & Tues. 9pm because my back is starting to break out. I hope that helps.
