Yup start on the olyptical and gragually increase the time and resistance. When u feel comfortable jog on the tredmill before i started cardio it was hard to do a mile afted 4 months of 45 min a day ican do 5. Just like everything else urbody needs to get used to the particular activity
I think these pills are mostly motivational. U spend ur money and swallow the pill it might make u stay on track with ur diet so u dont waste it. Just my opinion ive used them and gotten results but I stuck to my diet
