BF: From looking at a bodyfat comparison chart i would put myself somewhere around 20%, i have little fat on my chest and upper body but i am carrying a significant amount on the hip/stomach region.

I started properly lifting and dietting in around March 2012. At that stage I weighed just 142/3 lbs at a height of around 6ft/6ft1. I was massively underweight and due to eating a lot more than I used to combined with the starting strength program i have been able to increase my weight to 175...
