    I always do more volume, more intensity and more supersets. If I'm cutting I increase the cardio and drop the calories/carbs more than I would natty. I also lift heavier of course.

    Sucks because a lot of sources sell it in batches of 5000-6000IU which is enough to get through a 10-12 week cycle but not enough for the last 10 days.

    I am too and have allergies. Breathing was smooth sailing while doing cardio even in the spring and summer. That has to be a typo bro. Because if you're say 15% bodyfat that means you're losing around 8-15lbs of fat per week.

    Test T3 question

    Generally looks good, but in my opinion the test is too low. Run at least 500mg EW. On a cutting cycle, T3 can ravage your muscle with insufficient test. Also, if you want to make the most from the cycle throw something like clen or albuterol alongside the T3. They work together very nicely.

    You should start slow with say 12.5mg Ephedrine and 100mg caffeine and slowly increase to 25mg E/200mg C three times a day. Space them a few hours apart and try to take your last dose before 2:00pm or so.

    Albut is a pretty weak fat burner but it enhances endurance unlike Clen so I find it awesome for running/cardio/sports. I really enjoyed Albut during the hockey season when I do lots of playing and running. Endless endurance.

    This. You will be very disappointed if you use clen at 22% bodyfat as you will notice little difference for many weeks. I start using clen at around 10-11% bodyfat.

And is an estrogen "blocker" in this case a SERM or an AI? Big difference. Tren is not to be taken...
