Your body doesn't grow all day if you work out in the am. You grow/repair in your sleep. I believe morning cardio is good but lifting is a matter of preference. I see most bodybuilders lifting mid day and evening..

Yea I certainly don't mind them when I get them either.. I'm never content with myself and to me at 210 I look the same as I was at 140. Keeps me pushing.. That and douchebags walking around the gym give me the anger during workouts to push myself.

My buddy who doesn't juice, was feeling depressed and run down and it turned out to be low test at 27 years old. They put him on Clomid for a little bit and he felt great and was back to normal. Sometimes the body just gets run down and needs a jumpstart.
I've used oats, cheerios, dehydrated potato flakes and even cooked cous cous pasta. Oats seemed to mix the worst for me. Don't need the extra carbs anymore so its just milk, protein and some psyllium husk for me.
Have to do it myself.. Don't trust any girls enough to tell them I use and would rather do it myelf. Somehow I ended up with alot of 20g pins and have been using them with no noticeable difference in pain. Although the look of a 18g scares me.
