Just finished my workout. I had a good 2 mile run and hit back and biceps hard. I think im starting to finally feel a little of the ON feeling ;)

Thank you for the advise. I have already ordered both ph's. would you recommend lowering the dose then. I know this cycle will be tough on the liver but i have seen some info on people running these ph's together so i thought id log my experience with them.
