in all the kits I have purchased for fina conversioin they dont give their amounts of BA and BB and everyone uses %. What are the %'s based on and why not just give ml measurements. New to home brew and want to buy componets and not kits anymore so I have more control of fina...any help would be...

just recently purchased finaplix h pellets and by the time they arrived the ice pouch was no longer cold. What happens if it gets warm. Is it not good to use now?
