I had my first gyno flare up about 4 years ago after using an OTC pro-hormone, the first time it flared up it was under my left nipple about the size of a pea. I went to see an endochronologist and he prescribed me Tamoxifen, the gyno stopped hurting and almost disappeared. About 8 months later...
