I'm still planning on eating primal (paleo with a little dairy).... so all natural organic foods and meats..... calories will be kept between 3000-5000 a day.... i have enough to run for 12 weeks and plan on clomid for an additional 6...as far as my goals I'm really hoping to gain back some...
