Im not picking on you, just informing you that you shouldnt be on gear with such little nutrition knowledge, your not gaining any muscle because you dont have the correct nutrients to fuel your body to grow.
You have all the side effects of using gear but no results that just proves your gear...
The fact your using mass gainers proves you know nothing about diet sorry bro but you shouldnt be using gear. Everything else in your diet is very average as well.
Totally normal man i get acne whether im on or off, if it continues though without getting better you may have e2 issues.
Get some bloods done to be sure.
