    when u give someone advice give it nicely or get the fuck out of here... thats my diet while on cycle meal 1: 6-8 whole eggs meal 2: chicken & pasta meal 3: chicken & rice meal 4: tuna fish and potatoes meal 5: chicken & pasta meal 6 (not always): 5 whole eggs

    yes i have proper post cycle therapy (pct).... but i rly dont see in difference in the pics of week 5 and week 1...i only weight 5 more kgs but in shape i am the same...! any help? i train very hard and eat like an animal...

    yes thats my first cycle i know guys who do cycles with same doses of test and deca and see massive results... so i think this gear is bunk dont know know what to do my status: 172 cm 75kgs 7-8% bf my diet: 5-6 meals/day with high protein high carbs in each meal

    i am currently on a cycle of Global Anabolics Gear Test e 300mg/week deca 300mg/week proviron 25mg/day for 10 weeks and i am now on week 5 and haven't seen any difference in shape...just added 5 kgs more and thats it, any suggestions? is this gear fake?
