Been a while guys; basically I completed the tub of BCAA's. It was helping me mostly w\the DOMS and the stamina durring practice. Next on my list is to try t-911 by LG SCIENCES and will start a new thread on this as well. Keep everyone posted.

t-911 by lgsciences is a good product IMO if you are going the natural route.

Ok Im back! Still been training hard hitting PR's and grappling 2x\week. Life and work has just been crazy. Still taking 1serving each day and basially stable at 180lbs and just getting leaner and faster :-) To get even more creative I add in some crystal light
