Yes that 34 e2 should be 10-20 to be optimal. You're testes are seeing plenty of LH (the input) but the output (total test) is appearing low because too much is aromatizing. I'm surprised the LH is that high with estrogen at that level. Usually the feedback high estrogen provides to the HPTA...
