    This.... I think people need to listen to their bodies more and it will tell them what.... and when to eat. I always (don't laugh) explain nutrition to people by comparing it to a pregnant woman... the strange things they crave... well, its the same... kind of... its their bodies telling them...

Throw in two packets of emergen-c packets for a bit of flavor and vitamins.. Blend and put it in two bottles... One is...

    Thus why I said initially "if you don't have cardiovascular issues"... Still think it's less harmful than Clen/thyroid type stacks.. Or Tren... In my opinion, much worse.. But, again, if training and diet aren't on point all of this is meaningless...
