Would you change much for a 200lb 22-23bf% male i have around 350-400g protein 100-150g carbs and 40-60g nat fats from almonds and macadamia nut oil.
my carbs are at 8:30am and after my work out is that ok?
ok thats what i was thinking and with the T3 im not going to run it due to the muscle lose i heard u need to run an anabolic with it if you run t-3.

Its not 4 weeks cardio 4 weeks lifting its 4 weeks cardio 12 weeks lifting to gain some size then drop some bf% then back into lifting to shock body again with a diff routine.
