i learned from this thread. thanks guys. Also, im trying to gain muscle but lose the love handles that i have. im 6'0 and 162 lbs. the only problem area is my mid section. i am perfectly happy with everything else, besides the wanting to get bigger
Im tyring to gain. I know that i have to eat ALOT but what? Is there things i should stay away from? What should i eat alot of? Any info would help. Thanks
