Made me LOL @ the ox part!
So what I'm doing now is I'm dieting(very minimal carbs) 4days cardio and 2 weight training sessions just to drop a couple more bf%.
I'm currently at 23ish bf% and I'm only going to hit a cycle when I'm around 17-15%
Any suggestions guys?

Okay, I know you guys get thumped with this question numerous times a day although I'm going to explain a bit about myself and get into it.
Weight: 88.6kg ( 195.3lbs )
Height: 172cm ( 5ft 8 ) Pretty small..
BF: Around 19-21%
Seshions-
Cardio: 45 mins/ED
Diet: Minimal carbs
