    Sore glute

    Will i ever get used to the pain a soreness of a glute injection, Reason i ask is because i had me first jab thursday and wanted to train legs friday, but my glute was so sore i cound'nt work let alone train legs. I hope i'll get use to it any advice!

    Ok i had me first jab in the glute on thursday. I just have a couple of question i'd like help with. 1. if i go though a vein is there anything 2 worry about 2. I've now got a horrible cold is there anything wrong there?
