barbell curl pyramide to top set 135 x 6
did 6 set.
Incline db curl 30 x 8 x 5
concentration curl 35 x 8 x 5
Close grip bench top set 200 x 12 , did 6-7 set with 1 minut rest between.
example , 135 x 12 , 180 x 12 , 200 x 12 ,10, 8 ,6.
Triceps pushdown top set...
