    Everyone says 1g per lb of lean body mass but if your bulking why not eat more ? It can only benefit you @ 160 you should aim for something like 200g of protein imo

    The only thing that really works if your prone to acne is accutane everything else is a temporary solution I've taken it before and was clear for a year my acne returned but it's almost non existent compared to what it used to be,however I'd never recommend it to anyone

    I always have good results with all natty peanut butter for bulking 2-3 servings a day My usual favorites : Guacamole Pb Oats Milk Steak Pasta Potatoes Bananas Bread Whole eggs Beans The usual stuff
