Quitting test e and dbol after 4 days HELP

Need help guys, I took 250mg test e on Sunday, and 250mg test e on Wednesday (today) Also been taking dbol 50mg Sunday-Wednesday. Have nolva, clomid, aromasin on hand. Wondering if I need to do any pct? Maybe run clomid for a few days? Any help I will appreciate. I realized this ain't for me...
