I am 39, been training 6 days a week for a year now, before that I trained off and on for years with no big gains.
I only lost about 5lbs after my first two cycles. I try to eat six meals a day high in protein.
I train 6 days a week and eat high protein mostly clean. I was only 125lbs at the beginning of my first cycle, it has always been very hard for me to gain even fat never mind muscle.
Thanks for the reply, fairly new to this. I had really good gains in my first cycle of just test and deca. What do you think of adding deca to the test and tren?
My last cycle was test, tren, mast and anovar, my gains weren't that great.
I am 5'7 170lbs about to start my third cycle, I was told to do 600mg Test E 300mg Tren 300mg masteron 40mg Turinabol daily ( 2 tabs) For 10 weeks. Pros/cons advice needed. Thanks!
